Buying a property can be one of the most significant investments of your life. I'll make buying a property, no matter what type, easy. The more prepared you are at the outset, the less overwhelming and chaotic the buying process will be. Working with me will provide you with the advantage you need and are looking for.

My job is to get you the best price possible and coordinate all the different people involved in the transaction. I've always been able to build a trusting relationship with clients that survive not just one transaction, but several. Most often I find myself working with their friends and associates, and that speaks volumes.

The process may seem rather overwhelming. That is why having a professional represent you and keep track of all the details for you is highly recommended. Please email me or call me directly to discuss any of these matters in further detail.

List of Needs & Wants: Make 2 lists. The first should include items you must have (i.e., the number of bedrooms you need for the size of your family, a one-story house if accessibility is a factor, etc.). The second list is your wishes, things you would like to have (pool, den, etc.) but that are not absolutely necessary. Realistically for first-time buyers, you probably will not get everything on your wish list, but it will keep you on track for what you are looking for.

What am I looking for in a home? (Fill out a brief questionaire so I can help you find the home of your dreams.)

  • PRE-APPROVAL: While knowing how much you can afford is the first step, sellers will be much more receptive to potential buyers who have been pre-approved. You'll also avoid being disappointed when going after homes that are out of your price range. With Pre-Approval, the buyer actually applies for a mortgage and receives a commitment in writing from a lender. This way, assuming the home you're interested in is at or under the amount you are pre-qualified for, the seller knows immediately that you are a serious buyer for that property. Costs for pre-approval are generally nominal and lenders will usually permit you to pay them when you close your loan.

  • MULTIPLE LISTING SYSTEM (MLS): I'll make searching for your dream home a breeze. One of the many benefits I offer is through our Multiple Listing System (MLS). After a brief discussion of your wants and needs, I am able to enter your criteria and listings are automatically sent to you as they come on the market. If a home catches your eye, we can be among the first to view the home. It also eliminates wasting your valuable time driving around town homes looking at homes you wouldn't be interested in. You will receive these e-mails around the clock.
  • Full time availability...you will have no problem reaching me directly with immediate attention to your concerns (no waiting by the phone for a return call from your Realtor)!
  • You work directly with me. No assistant. No middleman.
  • Contract Negotiations - Excellent negotiating skills and marketing strategies to get you the best price for your home!

Sellers

We connect buyers with sellers. We work closely with you; involved in every aspect of your transaction, keeping you informed and providing expert guidance. When selling your home, there are no guarantees that a buyer will simply walk through the front door. In many cases you may have to bring your home to the buyer. Innovative marketing of your home is just one of the services I provide. This will help ensure that your property receives maximum exposure to attract a ready, willing and able buyer.

The appearance of your home, a buyer's first impression, and other considerations can also affect the sale of your home. Have you considered that home prices in your neighborhood and the value of your property are also factors used for pricing your home?

One of my specialties is marketing your home in an exciting, professional manner to attract the most qualified Buyers. Pictures help sell homes (especially on the Internet) so I stage your home and take eye appealing photos to emphasizes your home's selling points and really make it stand out among the others!

I will personally meet with you prior to any paperwork being signed to evaluate your home and give you my professional advice on anything else you could do to get your home ready to be placed on the market.

  • PERSONAL SERVICE - I am available by email or mobile phone 24/7 (my personal number is listed below). I handle every aspect of your transaction personally and I DO NOT turn you over to an assistant!

  • WEALTH OF INFORMATION - I view numerous properties each week, so I know the inventory and I know what your competition is doing! I have seen many of the "pitfalls" that can occur and I have the experience to help you avoid them.
