OLIVIA'S BIO

Olivia has BBA degrees in both Marketing and International Business and has worked in the Real Estate arena for several years. She has experience in commercial real estate, leasing, and managing and enjoys blending these with her marketing, advertising and graphic arts skills.

Olivia Rosa counts personal service, tireless dedication, and a healthy shot of perspective among her attributes. While assisting customers in articulating their specifications or creatively marketing a unique property, Olivia works hard to get the desired objectives efficiently. She now brings her inquisitive nature, innovative solutions, and high-quality customer service experience to Century 21 Gold. Olivia combines refined organizational skills, a sharp business sense, a comprehensive knowledge of the current real estate market, and unique interpersonal, communication gifts to successfully shepherd buyers and sellers in all their property transactions from their first open house through the closing.

Olivia has earned a dual retail marketing and international business degree and is currently a few classes shy from a Nursing Degree. Olivia first demonstrated her talents as a marketer for a commercial real estate company in Lexington. She cultivated her abilities in advertising, graphic arts, research and public relations during her four years at that company before making the leap to Century 21 Gold. She was responsible for growing that business an impressive 35% in just three years. With diverse experience, I have a good eye to find the right property for the right person.

Olivia keeps her finger on the pulse of the market in both Lexington and her home of Richmond in Madison County. She is very outgoing and loves to work with people, taking a low-pressure technique to selling real estate. Her new home at Century 21 Gold has allowed her to expand into the residential market.

In addition to the real estate business, Olivia is an Instructor for the American Heart Association and teaches CPR for the Health Care Provider for Eastern Kentucky University and in the community. She is an active fundraiser for the McKenna Foundation, a special charity, and has been a part of the Children's telethon on WKYT Channel 27, as well as the Art of Making Miracles foundation. She is a diligent reader, has a passion for traveling and is determined to become fluent in Spanish. She can usually be found running all around town with the love of her life, her five pound Pomeranian referred to simply as Puppy.
